It is expensive compared to others and does not lengthen my lashes but it is the only mascara that does not sting my eyes so it is the one I buy

I ordered black and a brown. sadly the black seems empty. Different to the amount in the brown. I made contact and was advised they would get back to me. I haven’t heard back yet. Please advise
I am loving using the Okkiyo eyeliner. It is the first time I have been able to use an eyeliner after many years of suffering from dry, sensitive eyes. The pencil is surprisingly easy to use and gives a gentle, soft line above the eye lash. I’m planning on trying the brown one next!
The mirror has made a huge difference in being able to see to apply mascara.
