I find that after a few hours the mascara has come off and I have panda eyes.
For the price, there is only a minor improvement in eye irritation. Probably wouldn't buy again.
I ended up with Panda eyes even using a primer and waterproof mascara and had almost given up on wearing mascara . I starting using the Okkiyo mascara and I’ve had no smudging or Panda eyes and it comes off easily at the end of the day with warm water so no rubbing with other chemicals to further irritate sensitive eyes.
Only worn my newly bought Mascara twice, generally don’t wear mascara very often as I find it so uncomfortable distracting makes my eyes watery altogether not a nice experience, but upto now I’ve really enjoyed the two times I’ve worn my new Mascara, it’s very soft & easy to apply may wear it more often. Many thanks.
Yes I am finding this eyeliner good and it doesn’t seem to upset my eyes as others were.

I have "dry eye" and whenver I wear a Mascara I always have a reaction to it.
However with Prioriteyes Mascara I don't have any reaction at all! It's fantastic, at last I can wear Mascara. Thank you, so happy.....
Definitely fills in lashes. By the end of the day feel the need to remove because of some irritation. I have glaucoma so dry eyes from medication could be a factor.
Unfortunately the eyeliner Is very severe in colour & no good for me. The order process & delivery were excellent so it’s a shame
The eyeliner is a little soft and therefore hard to use. It doesn't irritate my eyes and it does move as I have oily skin. Its okay. But the mascara is terrific!

Dear Okkiyo, I recently found you on line, ordered and have received my order- mascara- eyeliner and the amazing portable mirror. I have such sensitive eyes. This has stopped me from using eyeliner and mascara for years and years because I have always had terrible reactions.
So you can imagine my relief and excitement when I used my new OKKIYO eyeliner and mascara for my daughters hens party and had NO reaction whatsoever 🙌 hallelujah I have finally found a product I can use.

I have had eyelid infections and so needed something safe. My eyes are a lot better and I'm now having no trouble at all with infections. It's a life saver product/s.
