Fantastic mascara. First ever mascara with no sore eyes. Easy to remove too. Would love to see an eyebrow pencil and eye shadow in Matt finish.

TERRIBLE MASCARA
I received my mascara and it’s clumpy and very dry nearly impossible to put on. I contacted Okkiyo and I got a reply email saying a few customers had complained but hey, here a few tips.

Ummm no I want a replacement that is not clumpy or a refund which I’m entitled to understand consumer laws.

This mascara has great staying power, and I love that you can either have the classic black or brown which I tend to use for everyday wear.

I’ve now used my new mascara a number of times. It’s true to its claim that it’s suitable for sensitive eyes. I’ve tried so many over the last 7 years after I suddenly could not tolerate mascara. The sensitivity was so severe I would end up taking painkillers and lying in bed with a warm compress on my eyes to try to ease the pain. Okkiyo is the first mascara that hasn’t had this adverse effect. I am so grateful as I can no longer use eyeliner or shadow either. If you produce further eye products for sensitive eyes I would be pleased.

I received the bundle promptly and found the mirror faulty. I contacted the company and received a replacement by express mail. Amazing customer service. The mirror is great. So easy to hold and I love the magnification. I have only used the mascara once but it looked and felt great. I did not get sore eyes like with other mascaras. A very good addition to my makeup. I haven’t been wearing mascara for years because of my sensitivity.
I thoroughly recommend Okkiyo.
